Patti McHardy CNM
Patti McHardy has been a Nurse-Midwife for over twenty years and
has worked in several different practice settings along the way.
Most recently, she worked in the public health sector for
Broomfield Health and Human Services as the Nurse Administrator.
Her undergraduate nursing degree is from Louisiana State
University and she graduated from the University of Colorado
with a Masters in Science in Maternal Child
Health/Nurse-Midwifery.
Patti is delighted to return to practicing nurse-midwifery. She
has a tremendous awe for pregnancy and motherhood and feels that
the first hours after birth are a unique, special time for
families. And of course, she loves the babies! She has always
enjoyed working with teens and is active in two local coalitions
to help prevent teen pregnancy.
Patti grew up in New Orleans but has lived in Colorado for most
of her adult life. Her daughter, Raleigh, attends LSU and son,
Taylor, attends CU. She and her husband, Dan, and daughter,
Sydney, live in Broomfield and enjoy hiking, gardening, reading
and just hanging out..
