Julie Ortega NP
Julie moved to Colorado at the age of 23 after finishing her
nursing degree at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.
Julie has worked in the OB/GYN field of nursing for 28 years
with the last 15 years at Westside Women's Care. She started her
nursing career as a labor and delivery nurse at Exempla Lutheran
Medical Center. Julie stared her nurse practitioner career as a
Women's Health Nurse Practitioner with Westside
Women's Care. As a nurse practitioner she fulfills her dream of
providing dignified, sensitive and comprehensive health care to
women of all ages.
She fell in love, married and remains a busy mom even though her
children are now 19, 20 and 25 years old. She believes that
every individual deserves the best care possible with a focus on
education.
