WESTSIDE WOMEN'S CARE OFFERS CHILDBIRTH EDUCATION CLASSES IN OUR OFFICE.
A LAMAZE CERTIFIED CHILDBIRTH EDUCATOR COORDINATES THE CLASSES.
CLASSES ARE SPECIFIC TO OUR PRACTICE AND SUPPORT THE PHILOSOPHY OF OUR DOCTORS AND MIDWIVES.
LEARN PAIN COPING TECHNIQUES, BREATHING AND RELAXATION, CHOICES IN LABOR, MEDICATION OPTIONS, POSTPARTUM AND NEWBORN CARERecommended by your physicians and midwives
In response to feedback from you, our patients, we are now offering Childbirth Education Classes at Westside Women’s Care.
Our goal is to provide a “reality based” orientation to the labor and delivery experience, which will help you to make informed choices about your birth experience.
We hope to provide you with the skills and information you need to personalize your birth and make it the best experience possible.

OVERVIEW
An ASPO Lamaze certified instructor with twenty-five years of clinical obstetric experience coordinates classes.
• Classes will meet once a week for three weeks, each class lasting 2 1/2 hours.
• Or one 'condensed' Saturday class for five hours.
• We recommend the all day Saturday class as a refresher for those of you having another baby.
• Classes are held in the office’s waiting area.
REGISTER EARLY Plan to begin series 6 – 8 weeks before your due date.
Register at desk or call office to register.
COST: $55.00 for the Saturday class
Payment is expected at time of registration. You must cancel at least one week prior to class, to receive a refund.
$65.00 for the weeknight class
